This policy covers what we collect on this site and in the Hidden Profits member area, and what we do with it.
The name and email address you give us at purchase or when you contact support; the order information Explodely passes to us so we can give you access; your progress inside the member area (which lessons and checklist items you have ticked); and ordinary technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages viewed.
Give you access to what you bought, answer your support messages, send you product and billing email, and understand which pages people actually use. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are processed by Explodely as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.
We use analytics to count page views and measure which parts of the funnel work. Where analytics cookies are used, they are described in the cookie notice on the page that sets them.
We share data only with the services needed to run this: our payment processor, our email provider, our hosting, and our analytics. Each handles it under its own terms.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hiddenprofitssuportexp@vipsupport.freshdesk.com and we will action it. Deleting your data closes your member account.
We keep order and billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and support correspondence for as long as it is useful to help you.
